DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PERSONNEL OF THE CIVIL DEFENSE DEPARTMENT

• Preparation of university civil defense plans
• Procurement and provision of necessary civil defense facilities, materials, and equipment, monitoring the maintenance and protection of existing ones
• Performing necessary procedures for the establishment and training of civil defense teams
• Determining the budgetary needs for civil defense services and preparing the budget
• Annual periodic maintenance of fire extinguishers according to fire protection regulations for buildings under the Rectorate, ensuring refilling every four years
• Ensuring the preparation of a 24-hour continuous working plan
• Continuously monitoring, reviewing, and ensuring the implementation of civil defense regulations at the university
