DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PERSONNEL OF THE GENERAL SERVICES BRANCH DIRECTORATE
- Handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence for the unit, as well as general incoming and outgoing institutional correspondence.
- Operation of the Farabi Campus telephone switchboard.
- Management of the unit and institutional archive processes.
- Printing and publishing services for the Rectorate and its affiliated units.
- Supervision and coordination of service staff working in the Rectorate building.
- Monitoring and coordination of cleaning company personnel working in the Rectorate, Faculties, Institutes, Schools, and Vocational Schools.
- Supervision and follow-up of workers employed under the Community Benefit Program, and preparation of their attendance sheets.
