DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PERSONNEL OF THE GENERAL SERVICES BRANCH DIRECTORATE

  • Handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence for the unit, as well as general incoming and outgoing institutional correspondence.
  • Operation of the Farabi Campus telephone switchboard.
  • Management of the unit and institutional archive processes.
  • Printing and publishing services for the Rectorate and its affiliated units.
  • Supervision and coordination of service staff working in the Rectorate building.
  • Monitoring and coordination of cleaning company personnel working in the Rectorate, Faculties, Institutes, Schools, and Vocational Schools.
  • Supervision and follow-up of workers employed under the Community Benefit Program, and preparation of their attendance sheets.
